Great slides and notes! I used this in my Culinary class as an introduction to Charcuterie – along with our unit on France. Students loved the drag and drop feature with many options. It really sparked conversation in the lab groups about their upcoming French foods to choose and how to design their own platters.

I’ve been looking for ready-to-go lessons on charcuterie, so I am glad to find this resource. Very professional, and I love that it is interactive.
