This is a no-prep lesson on the hospitality industry and food service. Students learn about the types of food service industries including commercial and non-commercial as well as types of restaurants. It also includes information about marketing a restaurant and performing a SWOT analysis as well as a “create your restaurant” project!
This resource will last about a week in your class and will have students engaged and excited to learn about marketing in the restaurant industry as well as designing their own food service business.
