A gourmet soup challenge for the big football game is a great way to excite your culinary or FACS students about cooking and working in the kitchen! This food project includes everything you need to create a fun soup challenge with your students leading up to the Super Bowl. You can give students a can of soup to create a gourmet version or have them make soup from scratch.
